“She…is one of the few who foresaw our relationship prior to it’s budding.” Tevos admits, “She watched us grow together. Saw how we looked at each other, before even we noticed. And yes, I do. My mother was fond of children, and even though she had less free time than I, she dedicated it to spending time with my sister and me. She also occasionally read aloud to the children who came to visit her in the embassies. I always attended. It was nice to hear her laugh, so rare as she did.”
