Wrex impatiently sat outside of the councilor’s office. He already loathed being around any politician, but if any councilor might give any leeway to his terms it would be her. Having a meeting with Councilor Tevos about krogan affairs and the galaxy would be boring but it was what he had to do for his people.
When the assistant sitting at a desk outside the office finally signaled for him to enter, Wrex rose from the seat, approaching the door that opened with a soft hiss. He spotted the asari at her desk, and he nodded in respect when she noticed his presence in her office. “Councilor Tevos, made time for me in your busy schedule huh?”
“I admit, your presence is far larger in my queue than others’,” She responds with an air of familiarity. “Please, Urdnot, sit.” She says, gesturing with a feminine flick of the wrist to the seats lined in front of the desk she’s behind. Almost like she’s shielded behind it; it’s not very open.
“So,” She begins, straightening a stack of papers between her thumb and index finger. “What are your people in need of this time?” She asks, her eyes meeting the krogan’s once more. She’s not being hostile, and almost seems bright as she asks. Almost.
